Blended Teaching

Real Estate Principles

Overview

This set of resources is designed to help students learn fundamental real estate concepts. These resources are typically used in 300 & 400-level 'Principles' & 'Fundamentals' classes, and as an educator, you can easily add the content you want to your course and leave the content that doesn't fit.

With these resources, your students will understand how real estate fits within the wider community, learn the essential finance principles of time value of money, see how this is applied in 3 core property valuation approaches, and be able to build a DCF valuation themselves.
