When first valuing a development site, developers and valuers will use a simple form of analysis called a Residual Valuation. It's simple, fast, easy, and used by everyone across the world. It's also inaccurate, misleading, and widely challenged, but nevertheless, it's THE standard, and you should know it. Learning to value a site using Residual methodology is the first step in learning to value developments.

This foundation-level course is designed for beginners with little to no experience in Excel or development valuation.
