  4. How to build discounted cash flow modes in Excel for a range of investment scenarios.

  5. Understanding the various sources of real estate financing, including mortgages, private equity, and debt instruments, and evaluating the costs and benefits of each.

  6. Evaluate mortgage products and calculate essential mortgage mathematics.

  7. Differentiate between available careers, and select the path most suitable for you
